It has a red and white striped awning, two shelves, a bell for customers to ring and a fabric shopping bag. One crate of apples and pears is included, so the stall has stock from the first minute. It has won several awards.

What makes it work

Two shelves, two jobs

The upper shelf suits the display, the lower one holds extra crates. Children quickly work out their own system, sorting fruit by colour or by price.

The bell and the bag

Customers ring the bell, the shopkeeper serves them, and the fabric bag goes home with the shopping. These two small details turn a stand into a game with a beginning and an end.

Size and where it sits

It stands about 64 cm high, 40 cm long and 38 cm wide, which suits a table or a low bench at toddler height.
