For faulty furniture structure, we have a warranty cover for 365 days.

If you received a damaged item at your doorsteps, you need to contact us within 7 days after you receive the order and will be asked to provide proof so we can forward them to our supplier. Then we will arrange its shipping back to us so we can replace it or address the issue.
